Hello.
we’re running EspoCRM 9.5.2 and use the internal email editor. When clicking Reply on an incoming email, Espo automatically includes the full original message (quoted text) in the reply body.
For our workflows we want replies without any quoted original content by default (no forwarded/embedded thread), because it often leads to unnecessarily long emails and accidental resending of the full history. Hiding/collapsing the quote is not enough—we need it not to be included in the outgoing email unless the user explicitly adds it.
Could you please suggest the best way to achieve this in 9.5.2 (config option, extension hook, recommended customization)?
Also, as a feature request: it would be very helpful to have a simple backend toggle in Settings, e.g. “Include original message when replying (on/off)”.
