Make Portal as Master and PortalUser as Slave

Hi everyone, I'd like to try creating a replica of my database to make the portal the master and the portal user the slave. This way, the master retrieves data from the ticket table in the slave and updates its own. Can you give me some information on how to do this?

I'm not sure whether i understand but it seems like a matter of permissions in Portal?
