I’m still relatively new to the EspoCRM world and first wanted to thank everyone involved for the great work. Is there a way for the community to receive donations?
Since I couldn’t find a solution for my problem regarding synchronizing EspoCRM with the iPhone (iCal), I thought I’d give ChatGPT a try.
What can I say—it seems to work.
So I’d like to share it here.
What you need:
Tested in a test environment with one EspoCRM user and no guarantee whether this complies with all security guidelines.
I’m not a programmer and can’t provide support for requests. I just tried it with ChatGPT and, on the surface, it does what I wanted.

- Create an EspoCRM app password
- Upload the attachment as ical.php to the server in the “public” folder. The attachment contains a working file; adjust the app user "test" and password "password"
- Subscribe to the calendar on the iPhone
- URL: https://yourdomain.com/ical.php?user=<espouser> — adapt it to your domain. The user corresponds to the EspoCRM user.
