    ERROR 413 when uploading a file - no log entries

    Hi,

    We just hit a unique problem. In the accounts entity we have a field called "Support Documents" of type multi-attachments. All this while, from 2018 until 2nd November 2025, we had no problems. Then we started to get Error 413 when we upload any file larger that 500KB. The limits in CRM, SERVER and PHP has been set 128MB. When we checked the crm and server logs and there are no entries.

    Any idea what could be the problem area? Any assistance will be appreciated.

      lazovic Thank you for responding. Its ok now. Problem was caused by an idiot in the server support who fiddled the Apache settings in the production instance without proper validation. He has been terminated since.

      I have updated that post to explain what we did to diagnose the problem.
