Import from Zoho CRM

I installed self-hosted Version 9.2.3. on a cPanel server. Now I am trying to import Leads, Accounts, and Projects from Zoho CRM via CSV and am running into errors.
I was looking if I could download a sample file, didn't find one, created an account entry manually, then exported it, changed some values and managed to import it.
However, when I import a bigger file with multiple entries, same formatting and correct matching, nothing gets updated or imported and no errors are shown (!), see screenshot.
All server requirements are met.
What am I missing?

Could you attach a few rows of the problem CSV file here so we could examine? You can modify sensitive data to prevent client's data exposure.

Did you use "Create Only" mode?
