Opportunities due date notification

Is there a way to setup something like that? Maybe with push to slack or something?

I'm looking at the notifications settings and the WHAT TO NOTIFY ABOUT but I can't find any tags that could work here...

You can create notifications using the Scheduled workflow with the Create Notification action:
