Create Delivery Order Slide Out Pannel Bug?

When creating delivery orders from a sales order using the create delivery order button at the top. A slide out appears with all the items split out to fill inventory numbers. The issue is that the feature that after you select one it dissapears from the list does not work in the slide out version of the create delivery order. It lets you put the same package again and again and again. If you save the delivery order and open it up as full form the feature works?

These are all selected one after another in the slide out version.


If you do not align the inventory numbers at this point and save the delivery order and open it up the feature works. I think this is a bug?
