Process and Flowcharts inside target entity to track blockers in process

Hi, i want to setup a BPM Process using flowchart for an entity.

The process flow is working smoothly but is there any way the flowchart can be shown on the target entity record page?

Idea is to track the blockers within our team or process for the specific records, where and with whom the process is stuck with or at which stage so that relevant actions can be taken?

right now, need to go all the way inside admin settings, then to processes and then scroll to find the target record.

The easiest way would be to create report with processes and add it as panel into the entity.

I tried creating a report and add it as a report panel but could not figure out how to output the "flowchart" diagram in the report highlighting the current stage of the process...
