"Administration" panel for all users with user type "Admin"

Something is not right in your instance probably. All users with role Admin should have access to administration section.

Is it possible in EspoCRM 9?
Currently only one user "admin" can see it despite there are multiple users with user type "Admin" in the system.
Setting all privileges manually also not helps.
