I configured my web to lead to create a web form, but there is no URL created. I do not find anything wrong, so it shpuld be crated.

meanwhile I found the solution myself. I tried to configure web-to-lead to create the URL by changing an existing record. In that case, the URL will not be created. If you want to achieve this, you have to create a new record. -
I'm not sure why it happened, but generating a new form ID should work too.

I tried to reproduce the experienced error from yesterday, but now it worked also, when I activated web form on an existing record. Unfortunately I already deleted the record from yesterday, so I cannot compre to find something wrong made.
Another issue I saw is the following:
When lead data comes in by the web form, everything works as intended, the opt-in mail is sent and the workflow works.
But when I insert lead data manually, a opt-in mail is not sent. Is that intended or a consequence of the way it is programmed, that it needs the API process for that?Comment
