Hello everyone,
here is my situation and my question: I have set up a group email address for a group of people. My goal is to have the person who opens the email first somehow marked, whether it's with their name, a color code, or whatever.
The problem is that emails sent to this group are read, but no one really feels responsible for responding to them.
I know this kind of functionality works with CRM tools like HubSpot, so my question is: can this be done with the built-in tools of Microsoft 365 Business Standard?
Thank you for any tips, ideas, or suggestions!
