I'm currently setting up EspoCRM for my team and trying to enable email tracking (open/click tracking) for our outbound emails. We’re using Office365 as our mail server.
I've followed the documentation and was able to send test emails successfully, but I’m not sure if the tracking features are actually working. Is there anything specific I need to configure on the Office365 side or within EspoCRM to get email tracking functioning properly?
Any advice or tips from someone who’s already set this up would be greatly appreciated!
