Custom Entitiy - how to relate Contacts to the Account

Hi
I have created a custom entity to collect extra information and documents related to an account. I need to have a CONTACT field that I would like to show only the contacts for the entered Account when the dropdown for the Contact field is used. I would also like the Address and Phone details of contact to be auto filled. Any hints on how to achieve this woud be gratefully received.

For autofill there is 2 method, one required coding which can be difficult and hard.
