Are there larger companies using EspoCRM? Does it scale well in real-world use?

    Hi everyone,

We are currently evaluating EspoCRM for use in our company, but we are unsure whether it will scale well as our business and data grow.

I’ve seen some third-party sources mention that large organizations like Airbus, Toyota, or Nestlé might be using EspoCRM. However, I couldn’t find concrete case studies or real-world forum discussions.

    So I wanted to ask:
    • Are there companies with 500+ employees actively using EspoCRM in production?
    • How well does it scale with large amounts of data (e.g. hundreds of thousands or millions of records)?
    • Have you experienced any challenges with performance, indexing, or automation under heavy load?
    • What kind of server infrastructure or optimizations are typically needed for larger instances?

We’d really appreciate any feedback, success stories, or even warnings about limitations. It would help us a lot in making the right decision.

    Thanks in advance!

    Best regards,

Large companies usually choose big players like Salesforce. Not because of technical concerns and limitations but for other reasons.
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

Thank you. Would you recommend EspoCRM for a company expecting around 100,000 customers

It should be fine with such numbers. 100K accounts would mean few millions of records in other tables. Maybe some additional indexing and database configuration will be needed.
