Is it possible to automate emails in Espo using Outlook i.e. to contacts that meet certain criteria? For example create and send a campaign?

Yes you can add Outlook account as group email and send emails from Espo with it. You should have Outlook extension and for the automation Advanced Pack. Regards, Jacek

What is the best way to setup professional looking email templates for this - does this have to be done within the Espo UI or can it be done using Outlook functionality/UI?
