On all espocrm instanced on 9.1.5 timeout frequently

Hey guys, something that bothers, is a timeout error message, on all instances, across the board, up to 5 times an hour (during active work with multiple tabs), I don't know why, it was not the case few releases back.

Please, someone, have a look, thank you!

Clients and servers are located pretty close to each other, pings are less then 80ms, sometimes down to 20 (depending on exact user) but it's never crazy like 800ms, not sure what can I do to make it disappear?

    Sometimes it's 504 instead of a timeout

Screenshots do not tell much. What exactly requests are timed out? It's possible to check in the browser console. It could be not related to the application.

So I was tracking these errors since yesterday, found the issue, it's a report on a dashboard that takes some time to load, is there any way to tweak timeout?
            Thank you

              Adding indexes manually. https://docs.espocrm.com/development/db-indexes/

I am getting timeout on twilio as well, like tons, server's capacity is huge, c6a.4xlarge, located in Oregon. I don't understand what's happening, and I guess I need help, this happened lately, right after updates, thanks

server load is very lightweight, ping results are good:

                    --- 8.8.8.8 ping statistics ---

43 packets transmitted, 43 received, 0% packet loss, time 42050ms

                    rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 8.110/8.176/8.530/0.072 ms

                    [ec2-user@localdumpster411 ~]$

                    --- 172.31.35.98 ping statistics ---

17 packets transmitted, 17 received, 0% packet loss, time 16616ms

                    rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 0.160/0.255/1.307/0.263 ms

                      Hi,
172.31.35.98 it's a internal not routable IP if not forget.

So you have certainly a proxy somewhere.. maybe reboot the proxy or check proxy ?

                      Maybe
                  Working...
