    My Cases Dashlet for Portal Users

    Is there a way to have all Cases show up in the My Cases dashlet for a Portal user? It seems like only Cases they create in the Portal show up there, but Cases they create via email don't and they have to click on the Cases entity to actually view all of their cases:

    Hi anthony.senior,

    You can use the Record List dashlet to see a list of all available cases.

      Yup! I found out I could do that I could accomplish the same goal as the Activities dashlet. I made a Record List for Cases and Meetings and customized them so that portal users can see all of whats coming up for them regardless of where the entity was created. Thank you!
