Creating Knowledgebase Categories

Hi Gomez,

Please follow these steps to manage Knowledge Base categories:

1. Go to the Knowledge Base list view.
2. Press on three dots under the "Create Article" button and choose the "Manage Categories" option:
   
   
3. Click on the plus to add a category and on the cross to remove a category:

I'm sure I being really stupid here but I can't for the life of me figure out how to actually create Knowledgebase Categories.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?
