- Claimant data intake
- Vehicle registration checks
- Driving licence verification
- Document generation (hire agreements, repair estimates, legal notices)
- Insurer correspondence
- Credit hire and vehicle repair tracking
- Legal escalation (letters, particulars of claim, court pack PDF)
Key Requirements:
- Public-facing claimant intake form (with uploads and digital consent)
- API integrations for:
- DVLA (tax/MOT check)
- MIB or proxy insurance check
- Licence Check (or similar provider)
- Vehicle spec API (CarWeb or similar)
- Workflow automation: send documents, track insurer deadlines, auto-escalate
- Assign and track hire/repair vehicles
- Role-based staff access and admin dashboard
- Document storage and communication history per claim
Tech Stack Preference:
- EspoCRM (preferred)
- Self-hosted Linux VPS (e.g. DigitalOcean)
- Secure, scalable, and well-documented
Project Info:
- Timeline: 4–6 weeks
- Budget: £4,500–£5,500 (GBP) – milestone-based preferred
