Recommended way to post Feature Requests and Bugs

Since EspoCRM has both a Forum and a GitHub page, it kept me wondering how the two tools are used in the community when it comes to post Feature requests and Bugs.

• when is it recommended to post about a Feature request or a Bug in the Forums?
• when is it best to post it on the GitHub issues page?

It there any official guideline?

For feature requests it's better to use the forum.

For bug reports – both the forum and GitHub. Though I'd recommend the forum. The topic can be easily moved to a different branch if needed. Bug reports require detail steps to reproduce, providing the version number and logs when reasonable.
