Workflow is not sending mail

Hi i have created a workflow to send mail the workflow is running but it is not sending the email.

below is the error i am getting in jobs. Where i can see the detailed logs as the espo logs is not showing any error regarding this job.

Please enable debug mode in your instance logs, then run the workflow again. After that, some additional information regarding sending emails should appear in the log.

Hi lazovic, i have already enabled the debug mode and i get only below details in the log.

it just indicates that the workflow started and ended nothing else.

Please tell me what version of EspoCRM and the Advanced Pack extension are you using? Can you show the workflow element where emails are sent? Are emails successfully sent manually from the system/group email account?
