Duplicate filters after deployment

Hi i have deployed my report filters from dev env to uat but now all the filters are duplicate. can someone help why this is happening??

Please tell me, have you tried to rebuild report filters in the Administration?

Yes , i have rebuilt the code after deployment

Rebuilding the instance itself is one thing, but you can rebuild the report filters in Administration > Report Filters by clicking on the “Rebuild Filters” button in the upper right corner. Try this and let me know how it goes.
