    Emails, hide tab, how?

    Hello everybody!

We use the paid Outlook integration.
I'm trying to hide this tab, but it's not working. I want to disable the "All" section, page, link. Or who knows, in which file, can be done?
The idea is that users should be able to see emails in leads, accounts, but not have access to see absolutely all emails in all page for other users' mailboxes.

    Thanks to all

    Hi kosko,

In the "All" tab, users will see emails depending on what access you have set up in the roles for users to emails. That is, if the role settings are correct, users will see their sent emails and emails that came specifically to their mailbox.

    As stated in the documentation:
Access to imported emails is controlled by Roles. It means that if a particular email was imported from a mailbox of some user, other users will be able to see that email if they have access to that email.

If a user has a read access level set to own, they will be able to see emails that are related to them through at least one of the following links: Users, Assigned Users, Assigned User, Created By. Note that an email is automatically gets related to a user through the Users links if the user's email address is either in the From, To or CC.

      Thanks for your reply.
Role administration I have tried all types, it doesn't solve my case. Let me try to describe the case in more detail:
There are 8 users in the system, each user has connected their personal mail . In the system every users see the entire list of leads, that is, both their own and others.
Option, when email access "All" is set, then users can see all attached emails in the leads, both their own and others. At the same time, they can see absolutely all e-mails from all mailboxes in the All section.

The idea is that the users in the leads (and other objects) have the ability to access the mails, i.e. the fact of correspondence with clients is important, but at the same time personal mails were closed from access. Personal i mean all mails without any "parent" in CRM
