Creating email-signature in CRM

Hi everyone,

I tried searching the forum but found no answer. So, I want to create a personal e-mail signature for a user in the CRM. The signature is supposed to appear automatically when composing a new email and also when replyng or forwarding an e-mail. How can I do that?

With the user logged in -> select the 3 dots at the top right -> User settings -> “General” tab

There you will find the e-mail signature

If you cannot / are not allowed to log in with the user, then you must proceed differently.

Go to Administration -> Users -> “select the user” -> in the top left menu (Edit, Permissions, Security) -> select the 3 points there -> Log in -> log in with the admin data via incognito mode.
