Hi i have a custom requirement to show all the emails and attachments as the related list on case object. is it possible? if yes can someone help me to achieve this?

You can display emails associated with a case in a separate panel using report panels (Advanced Pack feature): https://www.espocrm.com/tips/report-panel.
