From today, one of the users has stopped receiving notifications (bell). The number of notifications is displayed as a number, but when trying to click on the bell, "error 500" appears.
- Clearing the cache in EspoCRM did not help.
- Clearing the cache in the browser did not help either.
- Changing the browser does not help either.
- I even logged in from my phone. The same error occurs on the phone under the same user.
- Logging in under all other users does not have this error and never has
If this is solved by clearing the cache in the cache folder in Linux, then tell me the path from the home folder. (I have Ubuntu).
