    User dashlet problem

Hi All, I would like to say this is a great CRM but as a newbie and not a programmer, I am having difficulties setting up the dashboard. I am using ESPO Version 8.4.2 The problem is that I am setting up one user with regular access (I have not set anyone else except myself) so there are no admin rights assigned to this user. The problem is I go in to customize the home page but am unable to do so. I cannot even reset the user as I do not see a reset button anywhere. I have attached screen shots to help explain my predicament. Sorry if I did not provide enough info, I do not know what else to tell you. In picture EX D I have circled the optional dashlets but the ones I need are not part of that list e,i, email and calendar. How can I add those dashlets to that list?

    Sincerely
    David

I might be wrong on what you are tring to do. If I am sorry.. However I was recently playing with the Administration/Dashboard Templates section. In there you can create the home page setup for any group or user and apply it directly to that user.. Maybe that is what you are looking for?

Might be the trick your looking for. You can set up any dashboards you want and assign them to teams or individual users..

      Hi David101,

If you want the inbox, calendar, etc. dashlets to be displayed in the list of available dashlets for a user, you need to correctly configure the role for him/her, that is, give access to emails and the calendar accordingly. You can learn more about access and role settings here: https://docs.espocrm.com/administrat...les-management.

        Hi Guys,
Thank you. Setting up the roles for the regular user did the trick. Once I had the roles correct, I could add dashlets to my home page. Thank you again.
