Modify web-to-lead embedded form

I want to make 3 types of modifications. I would like to know what I can edit to make these changes:

1. Change to text labels of form fields
2. Move button "Submit" to bottom of form
3. Modify CSS like background color

Also, when this form is submitted, I would like to call webhooks at Google Ads and Google Analytics to register the submission. Is there a way to call webhooks on submission?
