Email Mention Notification Stream Error

This is a new instance (fresh install) 9.0.2 on Ubuntu 24 LTS
Installation was done by Script - Installation by script - EspoCRM Documentation

I have confirmed that all users have access to the to the stream in question for the mention permissions.
Getting error "unclosed token" in the logs in debug mode.
Does anyone have any idea on this one?

Hi khopper,

It looks like the notification template is syntactically incorrect. Please show it to us (Administration > Template Manager > Note).

Please in the first template try to remove the space between lines {{PBX.name}} and {{/if}} so that they go one after the other without a space (you may need the keyboard shortcut Shift + Enter).
