2FA Locked out - Need help

I'm afraid I locked myself out of EspoCRM.

I enabled 2 Factor Authentication in Administration. I did not select 'force users to use' option. I logged out and tried to login.

I enter my username and password and next it asks for a code - but I have no idea what that is!

I am the only admin in our system.

Can someone please point me in the right direction?

The good EspoCRM documentation saved me. I will post the solution here for future reference.

If you lost your TOTP key¶
If you are not an administrator, you need to contact the administrator to ask them to disable 2FA for your user account.

If you are an administrator, the only option is to disable 2FA globally by setting 'auth2FA' => false in the condif file data/config.php.
