Tab List on the Dashboard for Team

Hi, I would like to create a Tab List on the Dashboard that will only be shown to a specific Team and that the User will not be able to edit. Do you know a way?

Tab List is only regulated by the read access level of a particular entity. This cannot be done without interfering with the code.
