Connection refused

Hello everyone,

my log files are full of “Connection refused”
I didn't have this with the V8. In the frontend it always says “Error 500” at the top and in the logs it says the following at the bottom.
Does Espo somehow have problems with the MySQL database or what could be the reason?

Hello,

unfortunately no one has any idea what is causing the problem?

Has anything changed with the database query since version 9? As I said, I didn't have these error messages in the logs until version 8.

Now I have also noticed that an e-mail box has not been retrieved at all for a few days.
I have checked the settings and they are all OK.
Under Administration > Scheduled Jobs > Check Group Email Accounts, the mailbox is no longer displayed as being retrieved.
I can also access the mailbox normally via Outlook.

I still have the following error message in the logs. Could this be the reason?

I found out something strange about the e-mail inbox.

I created the mailbox again in Espo and the mails were retrieved as normal.
So I deleted the old one. So far so good.

Now it's getting tricky...
I changed the name of the mailbox back to the old name and the mails are not being retrieved again.
If I change the name, everything is ok again.

Is it possible that if a word appears twice in the name of the mailbox, it will not be retrieved?
I have given the mailbox the company name and the name of the department.
The name of the department also appears in the company name.

Update: That was probably not the problem.
After recreation the first mails are fetched and then it disappears again from the scheduled jobs.

So if I read the logs correctly, I only get the error message with the “Uncaught Exception Spatie\Async\Output\ParallelError” for this one mailbox

I'm just wondering why it's only with this one and the others work without any problems. And why from one day to the next...

As far as I remember, you have already encountered this problem. Hasn't it been solved before? Perhaps some other extension is causing it?
