Cronjobs stopped working

I have updated ESPO to 9.0.1 (and then to 9.02) via CLI. Cronjobs were running until the update. Since the upgrade, the admin menu shows: “Scheduled jobs are not running”. Do you have any tips on what I can do?

UPDATE: It seems to be a domainfactory problem (provider). A shebang is necessary in the cron.php...
