I followed the steps below to update the Portal user's role, but it is not working. What should I do? The current system version is V9.0.
To verify, I set the portal user's role to none (empty). However, the user can still view leads.
What should I do to resolve this?
- Role A: Has permission to view leads.
- Role B: Does not have permission to view leads.
- Created a portal user and assigned Role A. The user was able to view leads as expected.
- Changed the portal user's role to Role B.
- Cleared all backend caches.
- Rebuilt the backend and cleared caches again.
- Issue: The portal user (with Role B) can still view leads.
