Different salutation in eMails, if the entity in target list is lead or organization

Is there a way, to have a different salutation in eMails, wether the entity in target list is a lead or an organization. I tried something like

{{#if Account}}Dear Sirs,{{else}}{{Person.name}}{{/if}}

This attempt failed.

{{#if Account.name}} ... and {{#ifNotEqual Account.name ''}} failed as well.

Could anybody give me a hint on how to do this correctly?
