subject is removed after email sent

    subject is removed after email sent

    When I sent a mail (either directly by clicking on the email of the lead or via the email tab), I can enter a subject but the subject-text won't be displayed on the received mail?!

    It seems like you have some kind of automation? Hook? formula? Workflow? Which removes it?

      No, I have no kind of automation in use. I just click on the email entry of a lead, fill in subject and body of the email and send the mail but when the recipient opens gets the mail it shows "no subject" in the subject line while the content of the body is sent correctly.

      When I open the emails within espo after sending the mail, there is no subject with all the mails in mein sent-folder.

        Strangely enough, after removing the check-mark that each user is allowed to use the system-wide smtp everything works fine....
