I’m having trouble sending a meeting cancellation email. Here’s what happens:
I can’t figure out how to send the cancellation email to the client.
Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, how did you solve it?

I’m having trouble sending a meeting cancellation email. Here’s what happens:
- I set the meeting as "Not Held."
- I choose the "Send Cancellation" option.
- I select the recipient and press "Send."
- An error appears: "Error 403: Access denied. Can't send invitation for not actual event."
I can’t figure out how to send the cancellation email to the client.
Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, how did you solve it?
