Send Meeting Cancellation issue

Hi,

I’m having trouble sending a meeting cancellation email. Here’s what happens:

1. I set the meeting as "Not Held."
2. I choose the "Send Cancellation" option.
3. I select the recipient and press "Send."
4. An error appears: "Error 403: Access denied. Can't send invitation for not actual event."

I can’t figure out how to send the cancellation email to the client.

Has anyone experienced this issue? If so, how did you solve it?

Hi,

We will fix for the next version. It's interesting when this bug appeared as I remember tested this before.
