Hi there, I am looking for the latest compatible version of espo crm which supports php8 and Advnace pack version2.8.3, I am new to espo crm, please help me to find the correct one.

The best option is to use current versions of any software. PHP 8.0 is very outdated, it is recommended to use PHP 8.3.
EspoCRM v8.0.6 runs on PHP 8.0 (from EspoCRM v8.1 the PHP version must be 8.1, 8.2 or 8.3).

That is, without changing your php version 8.0, you will be able to use Advanced Pack extension 2.8.3 on EspoCRM v8.0.6.

I think EspoCRM v9 is planning to go 8.2 min. It somewhere in the next Milestone on the Git

EspoCRM 9.0.0 drops php 8.1.0, but starts supporting php 8.4.0.
Although I personally recommend staying on php 8.3.0 for now (no problems with it). Although, tests show that EspoCRM 9.0.0 works very well on php 8.4.0.
