Issue with Duplicate Meetings in Google Calendar

    Hi,

I’m experiencing an issue with Meeting synchronization:
    • I create a meeting in the CRM and click the "Send Invitation" button in the top-right corner of the Meeting detail view.
    • The client receives the meeting invitation via Gmail, accepts it, and the meeting appears on his Google Calendar.
    • However, after the "Google Calendar Sync" scheduled job runs, a second meeting appears on the client’s Google Calendar with "M:" at the beginning of its name.

It seems like "Google Calendar Sync" is not recognizing the existing meeting, which results in a duplicate. I believe it should not create a second meeting if one already exists.

Have any of you encountered a similar issue? If so, how did you resolve it?

    Hi,

I think we will fix it in the future. Now, there's no way to match these meetings.
