Template for notification from Template Manager

The replies got lost after forum upgrade.

Placeholders are the same as in PDF Templates plus a few additional like entityType which are template specific.

I try to set up a notification template from Template Manager (Notifications for received Mails), but I do not have a clue, how the default placehorlders work.

Example: In the sucbject I see this: [{{entityType}}] {{name}}
I guess, that I have to put there as this: {{lead}} {{name}}, right?

I want to achieve, that a I get a notification mail, when a new lead is created.
