    Not Email notification for closed Cases

    I would like to resolv a requeriment of a customer, he doesn't need to receive email notificaction for Entity Cases when a Case is reopen. I mean when a case is in status=closed, Espocrm shouldn't send emails to the team members.
    I' m working with version Version 5.9.3

    I guess customers receive notifications as portal users following a case. The possible solution is to unfollow a user somehow before closing a case.

      I'm trying to meet the requeriment using Formula and send email through this feature. First I remove from Administration -> Notification entity Case.....but I still receive notifications? Do you know why?

        Try removing from "Stream email notifications scopes" on the same admin page.
