Create an Entity similar to 'Cases'

Is it possible to create an entity that looks & works the same or similar to 'Cases'?

You can create a custom entity and use BPM and Workflow

The easiest way will be to do it through code. For sure it's possible, we have something like cases for our internal Ticketing system
