    Outlook Calendar Sync Issue – No Longer Syncing from Outlook to ESPO

    Hello ESPOCRM Community,

    We're using the Outlook extension to synchronize our calendars between Outlook and ESPOCRM. Up until a few days ago, the synchronization worked smoothly in both directions. However, we recently noticed that events created or updated in our Outlook calendar are no longer syncing over to the ESPO calendar.

    On the other hand, any entries we add or modify in the ESPO calendar are successfully transferred to Outlook, so the sync is only working one way at the moment.

    We haven't made any changes to our settings or system configuration, so we're unsure what might have caused this issue to appear suddenly.

    Any advice or suggestions for troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

    I would probably try to reconnect integration. You can also check is there anything in logs.
    The good idea is to contact EspoCRM support through customer portal.
