    Reply-To of a group email account is applied for:
    • mass emails
    • when sending an email related to a Case imported through the group email account
    • auto-reply email
    It is not applied for other emails.

    it's looks like working now in "flowchart" and "workflow", but still not adding Reply-To parameter to system outbound and group SMTP emails. As a sample notification of Task completion to followers.

    We are currently facing an issue where the "Reply-To" header is missing in emails sent from our ESPOCRM 8.4.2 system. This problem has been identified in emails generated by the "flowchart" functionality and might potentially affect "workflow" processes as well.

    Configuration Details:
    • Message Type: Email
    • From: Specified Email Address ([Generic No-Reply Email])
    • To: Target Record: Feedback
    • Reply-To: Specified Email Address ([Generic Support Email])
    • Email Template: xxxx

    The absence of the "Reply-To" header causes responses from our clients to be misrouted, affecting our customer service operations. This issue could be broader, impacting other automation features within ESPOCRM.

    Could you please advise on how we can ensure that the "Reply-To" header is included in all emails generated through both "flowchart" and "workflow" features? We need to correct this to maintain efficient communication with our clients.
