Email move to Archive stays in Sent. Copy Address from Account to Contact

    Hi there,
Enjoying ESPO CRM and it is so much better than the very buggy vTiger, which i used for 12 years!
For sent emails, if I click on Archive it disappears, but, then it reappears in the Sent folder. Please can this be rectified.
Secondly, How do i copy the Shipping Address in Accounts to someone in Contacts please? The same goes for Billing and Shipping in Accounts. Most are the same. How do I create a button with the option of copying the address rather than having to cut and paste?
    Many thanks.
    Arwyn.

    Hi Arwyn,

The Sent folder lists all emails sent by the current user, even if they are in Archive. Do you need to Archive sent emails? I may reconsider it in the future.
If you find EspoCRM good, we would greatly appreciate if you could give the project a star on GitHub. We believe our work truly deserves more recognition. Thanks.

Better to create a separate topic per issue/question.

I made a fix so that when moving an email from the Sent to the Archive, it does not disappear from the list. Which corresponds to what is happening in the backend. Archived sent emails are still available in the Sent. The Sent folder is useful to be able to find old sent emails.

When you create a Contact from an Account, the Account's address is prefilled in the form. There's no built-in ability to copy the address for existing contacts. Though you can utilize the Workflow tool to create a button that will do the job. The Workflow tool is available in the Advanced Pack extension.
