    Outlook integration - The API version 'V2' has been deprecated

    Hi, maybe someone else has encountered this, we are getting this error when trying to connect a personal email account via Outlook integration (version 1.2.9)?


    Error 500

    Outlook Oath: Error after requesting GET

    https://outlook.office365.com/api/v2.0/me/; Reason:

    The API version 'V2' has been deprecated.. Code:

    410.

    It should work in the today's release.

    I have been using the Outlook extension (V1.34) with our exchange356 account successfully for some time. Today, I am unable to send emails from my personal account and get a "basic authentication is disabled" error in the log file.       Can you advise which release your are referring to?
      We use V7.3.2 with Outlook integration 1.2.9

      What do we need to do to make this work again?

        The fix available in Outlook Integration 1.3.5. It should work on Espo v7.3. But upgrading Espo is highly recommended too.

              hello, I have the same issue; today, out of nowhere, my Outlook stopped working and is no longer connected. I have outlook V 1.3.1 espo 8.1.5. Please help.

                As mentioned earlier in this thread, this error fix is available in the Outlook Integration v1.3.5. You can download the new version from the EspoCRM customer portal.
