  • Inbound Group Emails needs attention

    If we send an email from personal account, we get a reply back to our personal email and it does not update the case even though parent is case and email subject has case number in it. If we send an email from inbound group email account it does not show in the Sent. This is not very practical. Can you please look at improving the email functionality in future versions.

      If client replies on email related to case, does it add an entry in case's Stream about email has been received?

        Thanks for the fix, will try today and let you know. Yes, I just checked and stream shows email has been received.
