  • I can't login to my crm

    Hello everyone, for a couple of months my espocrm has not worked, everything started with a 500 error, I tried to restart my server and after that the login screen went blank without being able to access with my credentials. I checked the log in my file manager and I get the following error:

    2024-09-25 15:28:48] ERROR: Uncaught Exception Espo\Core\Utils\File\Exceptions\FileError: "Bad data stored in file 'data/cache/application/objMetadata.php'." at /home/user/domains/crm.example.com/public_html/application/Espo/Core/Utils/File/Manager.php line 309 {"exception":"[object] (Espo\\Core\\Utils\\File\\Exceptions\\FileError(co de: 0): Bad data stored in file 'data/cache/application/objMetadata.php'. at /home/user/domains/crm.example.com/public_html/application/Espo/Core/Utils/File/Manager.php:309)"}

    In another forum they told me that it could be a problem with the write permissions, I followed the instructions and enabled permissions, I deleted the cache folder, flush my dns and cache on my server, but the same problem continues, what else could I do to solve it? I appreciate your help

    This is probably issue with permissions and also with user set in config file. Please make sure that correct user id is set or remove param from the config.

    Hi there. I recently ran into this forward loop of 500! I tried fixing permission but still fail.

    What I end up doing was renaming/moving the config.php or was it ???config-internal.php file. Reload EspoCRM so a new config is create, then I copy and paste the database setting from the original config to the new generated config.

    I'm not sure how technical you are to understand what I just said... I will try take some photo tomorrow for you
