Trash Emails still visible in Group Folder

Hi,

The handling of email is still a mystery to me at some points. So I start with my first question:

When I move an email from a group folder to the Trash folder, I still see it in my group email folder (with a lighter color). It is also visible in the trash folder, where it should be.

Moving an email from my personal folder to the trash folder works as I would expect it.

Is this happening also to other users, is it possibly the way it should work?

When a user moves an email to the Trash, it's marked as In Trash only for that user. The email is still in the Group Folder. All other user still see it in that folder.

How it works now, it displays that email in the Group Folder even for a user who moved it to the Trash. We might change it so that it will be not listed in the Group Folder. Not sure how is better.
